Terms of Use
Rules for using EverydayDocs.
These terms explain what EverydayDocs provides, what you are responsible for, and the limits of the service.
Effective date: September 18, 2026. These terms are detailed product terms and should be reviewed by counsel before a heavy commercial launch.
The service
EverydayDocs helps you turn information you provide into practical letters, emails, notices, and related documents. The service may include guided templates, Agent Mode prompts, editable drafts, copy-to-clipboard, PDF or DOCX exports, and private share links.
Informational document help only
EverydayDocs does not provide legal, financial, medical, immigration, insurance, employment, housing, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Generated documents are informational drafts based on the facts you provide.
You are responsible for checking facts, local rules, deadlines, required notices, and whether a document is appropriate before sending or relying on it. For consequential matters, consult a qualified professional.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, review each draft before use, and avoid using the service to mislead, harass, impersonate, threaten illegal action, submit unlawful content, or violate another person's rights.
Payments and exports
Drafting and copying plain text may be free. Some formatted exports, especially documents involving money or formal disputes, may require payment or bundle credits. Pricing is shown before checkout and may appear in local currency where available.
Payment gives you access to the selected formatted export or bundle credits described at checkout. It does not guarantee any outcome from the recipient of your document.
Refunds
If something goes wrong with checkout or file delivery, contact us and we will review the issue. Because you see the draft before payment, refunds for dissatisfaction with a draft may be limited unless required by law.
Private links and saved copies
Private share links are intended for controlled sharing, but anyone with the link may be able to view the document until it expires. Do not share highly sensitive information through a private link unless you understand that risk.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of EverydayDocs, including templates, pricing, export formats, and third-party integrations. We aim to keep the service reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and liability limits
EverydayDocs is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on a generated document.
